MOÇÃO DE APOIO AOS ESTUDANTES DO MORROCOS

No Brasil, em 2013, a luta por um transporte público e de qualidade tem se intensificado como jamais visto. Em Porto Alegre, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, milhares de estudantes foram às ruas no início do ano inconformados com mais um aumento na tarifa dos transportes públicos. Após alguns dias de ampla mobilização estudantil que também atingiu a comunidade, a prefeitura cedeu e a população barrou o aumento dos transportes.

O ápice desta luta, contudo, veio no mês de Junho. Estudantes de todo o país iniciaram atos contra o aumento da passagem que era de “somente” 20 centavos. Contudo, não eram só 20 centavos. No dia 13 de junho, em uma manifestação com aproximadamente 15 mil pessoas na cidade de São paulo, a repressão brutal da polícia ficou clara à população, pois mais de 2000 policiais militares vieram para massacrar a população que se manifestava na rua, deixando centenas de feridos, alguns inclusive ficaram cegos com as balas de borracha. Após isso ficou claro, não eram só 20 centavos de aumento,  Isso significava ter que pagar mais por um transporte lotado, precarizado, com poucas linhas de ônibus, de metro, de trem, enfim, que massacra diariamente a população. Muito mais do que isso, era pagar mais para empresas e governos que não no provêem transporte, saúde e educação gratuitos, nem mesmo moradia para a maior parte da população brasileira.

O povo não aceita mais isso! Especialmente por conta da repressão pelos estudantes no dia 13, no dia 17 de junho, milhões de jovens foram às ruas em todo o Brasil o que forçou em praticamente todas as localidades a redução da tarifa! Mais do que isso em algumas cidades estudantes agora têm Passe-livre no transporte público!

Portanto, a luta dos estudantes de Marrocos é a luta de todos! Por um transporte acessível a toda a população e contra a repressão policial! Todos travamos a mesma batalha contra esse sistema que só consegue aumentar a desigualdade social da população e massacrar a classe trabalhadora para garantir o lucro dos capitalistas! Lutamos por Transporte, Saúde e Educação, acessível a toda a população!

SUPPORT STATEMENT FOR MOROCCOS STUDENTS FOR LOWER TRANSPORT FARES AND AGAINS POLICE AND STATE VIOLENCE!

The Student Union of the State University of São Paulo declares here its total support to the struggle of morocco students for lower fares!

 In Brazil, in 2013, the class struggle for a satisfactory public transport has been intensified as never before. In Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul State, thousands of students went to the street in the beginning of the year because they could not afford one more bus/subway fare increase. Some days after wide movement among students and worker class, the major give in of the fare increase.

However, the top of this fight in the country came in the month of June. Youngster all over the country went took the street against the national fare increase for public transportation of 20 cents. Nevertheless, it wasn’t just 20 cents. In June 13^th, in a demonstration with around 15 thousand people in the city of São Paulo, the police violence became evident to the entire population, since the government put out 2 thousand cops highly armed against the youngster on the street. Hundreds of arrests, injuries and even some reporters got blind for recording police action. After that became clear it wasn’tt just 20 cents, this fare increase meant to pay more for a crowed and precarious public transport, with insufficient bus lines and trains for subway, crashing population daily. Much more than that, it meant to pay more for business companies and governments who are unable to provide transport, health and education freely to EVERYONE, even places to most of Brazilian people live!

People won’t accept that anymore! Especially because of the State violence in June 13^th, in June 17^th millions came on the street all over Brazil which forced almost all localities to decrease transport fares! Much more than that, in some cities, as Porto Alegre-RS and Goiânia-GO they now have free public transport for students!

Therefore, the struggle of Morocco youngsters is the fight of all of us! For a transport public and accessible for the whole population and against police and state violence! We all are in the same battle against this system which just can increase social inequality e crash worker class to ensure high class profits! We all fight for transport, health and education accessible to whole people!
